We are a food allergy family.

Part of what brought me to blogging was the goal of helping raise awareness about food allergies. While I grew up with a peanut allergy, it was, and still is, well managed. My child was diagnosed with their first food allergy after a bad reaction to cashews at 7 months, and it changed all of our lives. I share our personal anecdotes and tips from our journey with food allergies on my blog and social media channels.
