This craft is super simple!
Start by painting your canvas background; I mixed blue and white finger paint to make a pastel blue sky, but you can do any color you like. You can use acrylic or finger paint for this part, so long as you are not allowing your child to use the paint.
Then paint the bottom of baby's feet with nontoxic finger paint in whatever color you would like your flowers to be. I mixed blues, reds, and white to create a purple and a light pink color. If you used acrylic paint for your based, make sure it is completely dry before doing the flowers. If you have used finger paint for the base you can do the flowers immediately.
Place your child's foot on the canvas to make a tulip like shape.
Then paint stems, leaves, or other features. I also used finger paint for this, but you could use acrylic if you prefer.

It is that easy!
Hang on your wall and enjoy all year round, put in baby's nursery, or use as seasonal decor.
