The following terms and conditions apply to the giveaway running July 2022 in cooperation with Erin Kirby Photography:

1. This giveway is not associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other Meta Platforms. 
2. Winner will be selected randomly but must meet the following criteria: 1. Likes the giveaway post, 2. Follow both The Mindfully Scientific Mama (henceforth may be referred as "the host") and Erin K Photography (henceforth may be referred to as "the photographer") on Instagram. Additional entries will be given for friend tags, and story shares (1 for each tag or share per 24 hour time span with a tag to Mindfully Scientific mama and Erin Kirby Photography). 3. Lives or is able to travel to a public venue in Westchester County.
3. Giveaway is open to residents of Westchester County, or individuals willing and able to travel to Westchester County, New York.
4. Giveaway runs from July 20th 2022- July 31st 2022 at 11:59 PM EST. Winner (henceforth may be referred to as "the client") will be selected randomly by August 15th, and notified via Instagram direct message. Prize must be claimed within 7 days or it will be forfeited. 
5. Photo session with Erin Kirby photography will run 15 minutes (it may run longer at photographer discretion) and photos will be returned to the client via digital copies with photographer signature in a Google Drive folder within 30 days time. No minimum or maximum photo product return applies; client will receive edited photos that turn out well. Drive will close after 90 days, or sooner should the photographer notify the client as such. Photographer and host remain blameless for any delays due to scheduling conflicts from either party. 
6. Photo session must be booked within 90 days of client notification and will be held at a public venue within Westchester County (or in an adjacent county at the discretion of the photographer); public venue must be convenient to photographer and will be determined in collaboration with the client. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. 
7. Terms and conditions may be changed, added, or removed at any time, at no penalty to The Mindfully Scientific Mama or Erin Kirby Photography. 
8. The Mindfully Scientific Mama and Erin Kirby Photography shall remain blameless for any issues arising from travel, weather, venue issues, client dissatisfaction with product, or any other issue arising from or related to the photo session or giveaway. The Mindfully Scientific Mama and Erin Kirby Photography accept no liability for client negligence, including missing the photo session. The host and the photographer accept no liability for injury at venue, venue negligence, or venue closure. The host and the photographer accept no liability for technical issues with Google, Instagram, Facebook, Weebly, camera failures, etc. 
9. The photo session is free of charge, as are JPEG format photos. In return for services rendered, the client must be following both The Mindfully Scientific Mama and Erin K Photography on Instagram. 
10. Client may use the photographs provided for personal use only. Photos may not be used for commercial purposes. Photos may not be presented as the creative work of the client. Client should tag photographer in social media posts. Should client infringe on the photographer or host's intellectual property rights, the client may be held financially (or otherwise) liable, and will be required to remove photographs from any platforms at their expense. 
11. Client must communicate needs and any issues with the photographer and/or host.
